WHO ARE WE?
Operator of the waste sorting plant (MBT) in the Vilnius region
We are the operator of the Vilnius Region Mechanical and Biological Treatment (MBT) plant, owned by Vilnius Region Waste Management Centre (UAB VAATC). We manage mixed household and food waste in accordance with the principles of “Zero Waste” and sustainability. Unsorted residents’ waste from 8 municipalities of the Vilnius region is brought to our serviced factory.

Artificial Intelligence
Live monitoring and AI calculator
We use Artificial Intelligence to count incoming waste.
Cameras have been installed above each processing line, allowing the AI system to identify and count different types of waste automatically.
Our dashboard displays AI-calculated numbers of orange bags and other types of waste received at our facility.
We take an innovative approach to waste
We are the first certified producer in Lithuania of SRF for industrial use, made from household and industrial waste that is no longer recyclable.
